| Where the
Parties are in Disagreement
During the Tribunal process, parties are entitled to complain to the
Tribunal about the conduct of each other, asking that the Tribunal makes
Orders for specific matters such as disclosing further documentation about
a particular issue of about the number of days the hearing is to be held
for. There is a particular process for making an application to the Tribunal
and the other side is always given at least 7 days to oppose or agree to
the application before a Tribunal will make a decision.
If, after making an application which has been unsuccessful, one side
still feels strongly about a particular issue, it can apply to the Tribunal
to have the matter decided at a Pre Hearing Review.
