Where the case may appear complex or there are obvious initial difficulties in managing the case the Tribunal may order the parties to attend a case management discussion hearing, either in person or by telephone.
We can assist with preparation and attendance at such hearings. The purpose of a case management discussion hearing is to list out the items that need to be done by the parties in the run up to the hearing, ironing out any challenges that are likely to arise at this early stage.
